- Integrating Positive Psychology & Spirituality -

Are you aware of who you are?

Are you aware of your purpose in life?

Are you living your life fully?

What is the meaning of this game we call ‘life’? How can we live it to the full?

Life is an endless adventure, Life is open, Life is without boundaries.

It is free, exciting and inviting.

And yet, your experience of life is different.

From the moment you are born you are taught – or conditioned - what is right and wrong, good and bad, allowed and not allowed, possible and not possible. Education has shaped your mind and your behavioural patterns. Anything that does not match these patterns becomes 'wrong'; you reject it and you run away from it. Your experience of life becomes narrow, and as a result it feels empty.

You identify your prescribed patterns as yourself. This is what stands between you and your potential.

How can you shift from your conditioned existence to a life of freedom and unlimited potential?

Itai Ivtzan has established the "Awareness Is Freedom" (AIF) project in order to answer this question.   AIF is grounded on a combination of Positive Psychology and Spiritual theories, models, and practical work with the aim of creating more awareness in your life.

Itai’s psychological work is based upon a study of how human beings prosper - Positive Psychology. Its goal is to identify and enhance the human strengths and virtues that make life worth living and allow individuals to thrive. Positive Psychology allows you to recognise who you truly are in a life where inspiration, openness, and creativity  are everyday experiences. It also provides you with important tools to better understand and engage with your meaning in life.  What is your deepest potential? Do your choices reflect this? Do you live life to the full?

Awareness allows you to connect with these questions in a meaningful way. As you become more aware you will discover the ability, the inner-space, and the time to stop automatic, conditioned reactions. Your addictions to certain behaviours will slowly disappear. As you engage and devote yourself to this process, you will find your life totally changes – you will become more awake, sensitive, caring, alive, and connected to yourself and to others.

Most importantly you will feel more free. Awareness Is Freedom.
