My research focuses on Positive Psychology topics. It aims to understand the strengths
and virtues that allow individuals to prosper, flourish, and live life fully. ‘Flourishing’ is a
concept which measures overall life wellbeing and in my work it exists as an
umbrella concept where I examine:
The relationship between
religion/spirituality and Wellbeing
The impact of personal meaning on Wellbeing
Self-Actualisation and Wellbeing
Cultural influences on Wellbeing
Personal Growth and Wellbeing
