My research focuses on Positive Psychology topics. It aims to understand the strengths and virtues that allow individuals to prosper, flourish, and live life fully. ‘Flourishing’ is a concept which measures overall life wellbeing and in my work it exists as an umbrella concept where I examine:

  • The relationship between religion/spirituality and Wellbeing
  • The impact of personal meaning on Wellbeing
  • Self-Actualisation and Wellbeing
  • Cultural influences on Wellbeing
  • Personal Growth and Wellbeing
